I still remember the sound of a computer booting up in 1998. The whir of the CPU, the flicker of a CRT monitor warming to life — and then, quietly doing its job in the corner of the screen, Quick Heal. For a generation of us in India, that little red shield wasn’t “software.” It was peace of mind. It was the reason we could open a floppy disk a friend handed us, or later plug in a pen drive, without holding our breath.
Quick Heal was launched in 1995. Thirty-one years on, it isn’t just a survivor of the internet age — it’s a household name, spoken in the same breath as “keep your computer safe.” Very few technology brands, anywhere in the world, earn that kind of trust and hold it for three decades.
But here’s the part that makes this story worth telling today: Quick Heal in 2026 is so much larger than the antivirus we grew up with.
Two products, two worlds, one mission
What began as a shield for the family PC has grown into a cybersecurity powerhouse that protects both homes and enterprises — through two distinct, purpose-built brands:
- Quick Heal (quickheal.co.in) — the trusted guardian of the home and the individual. The antivirus, the internet security, the total protection that millions of Indian families still reach for first.
- Seqrite (seqrite.com) — the enterprise-grade arm, protecting the systems, endpoints, networks and data of businesses, banks, governments and critical infrastructure at scale.
Same DNA of trust. Two very different audiences. One a parent protecting a child’s laptop; the other a CISO protecting ten thousand endpoints. The genius of Quick Heal is that it grew with the country — from securing our first desktops, to securing the digital backbone of the businesses that now run on those very systems.
As the era changed — from offline to online, from PCs to phones, from viruses to ransomware and AI-driven threats — Quick Heal kept doing the one thing it has always done best: quietly keeping our systems and our data safe. That is why, 31 years later, it remains a brand that is not just used, but trusted and loved.
And now, a new chapter: Quick Heal 360°
A brand that protects millions deserves a business platform as connected and resilient as the products it sells. Today, we’re proud to celebrate that Quick Heal and Seqrite are live on Salesforce — a transformation Quick Heal trusted Salesforce and Zuci.AI to deliver together.
We didn’t implement a CRM. We built Quick Heal 360° — one connected spine across the entire customer, partner and revenue lifecycle. Nearly 200 business processes, bundled and delivered across five Salesforce clouds, in one of the shortest go-live timelines a program of this scale has any right to expect:
- Sales Cloud — lead-to-cash across every opportunity type, quote-to-order with a built-in compliance checklister for zero tender misses, in-app document signing and stamping, and a purpose-built Tender Estimation & Bid-Decision Studio.
- Service Cloud — true omnichannel support across email, web, WhatsApp and chat, SLA management, agent rostering and leave, and intelligent queues and scheduling.
- Marketing Cloud — multi-channel demand generation, journeys and measurable pipeline.
- Partner Portal — a dedicated partner cloud with deal registration and lead locking, opportunity and order management, incentives and points, and guided partner onboarding.
- Customer Portal — a Customer 360 self-service cloud for cases, knowledge, licenses, assets and online renewals.
Underpinning all five clouds is a governed integration layer — including a two-way SAP integration that keeps orders, finance and product-master data in lock-step between the ERP and the platform, so every team works from one trusted source of truth.
One governed platform. Every team, every channel, every deal — on the same 360°.
On the horizon — a scheduled next phase
This is a foundation, not a finish line. Already on the roadmap is a scheduled rollout of agentic bots on Agentforce and advanced analytics on Tableau — carrying a clear vision to consolidate data across every cloud into a single, governed analytics backbone, turning day-to-day operations into real-time business insight for sharper, faster decisions.
Behind every rollout is a team, and behind every team is a culture
Technology doesn’t make a go-live succeed. People do.
What struck all of us at Zuci.AI, through every workshop and every late-night testing cycle, was the culture at Quick Heal — a culture of ownership, rigour and warmth that is unmistakably shaped from the top. It’s the kind of culture that only comes from leaders who live it before they ask for it. It made a hard program feel like a shared mission rather than a vendor engagement.
To the leaders and champions who trusted us and built alongside us — thank you:

And to the Zuci.AI delivery team who poured themselves into this:
Dayanand R Nadar · Harish Waghmare · Ashley Telson V · Prashant Padal
A special thank you to the people who stayed back
Go-lives are won in the unglamorous hours — the late-evening test scripts, the “just one more scenario” messages at midnight, the weekend regression runs that no one sees but everyone depends on.
To every single person who took the time to test, re-test, break it, fix it, and stay back at night so that the product would stand up and the rollout would succeed — this milestone is yours.
Deepak Kumar · Rajiv Kumar · Pradeep · Amartya · Vidyadhar · Sanjog · Shailesh Banchod … and every colleague across Quick Heal, Salesforce and Zuci.AI who lent a hand.
To the next 31 years
In 1998, Quick Heal protected the computer on my desk. In 2026, it protects the homes and enterprises of a nation — and now it runs its own business on a platform as connected and future-ready as the security it delivers.
From all of us at Zuci.AI, and in partnership with Salesforce: congratulations, Quick Heal and Seqrite. Thank you for trusting us to help write this chapter.
Here’s to protecting what matters — and to the many chapters still ahead.
